Present : SPA Holder of the plaintiff.
Defendant in person.
Proposed defendant Mayank Rawal in person.
Today, at the request of defendant, SPA Holder of the plaintiff has
supplied copy of sale deed in favour of the plaintiff qua the suit property.
Accordingly, defendant is directed to file WS in the present matter,
positively by the NDOH with an advance copy of the same to the SPA Holder of the
plaintiff at least 01 week before the NDOH.
Amended memo of parties has been filed on behalf of the plaintiff
impleading the husband of the defendant namely Sh. Mayank Rawal as defendant
no. 2 in the present case.
Accordingly, in terms of Order 1 Rule 10 (2), the said defendant is
impleaded as defendant no. 2 in the present case.
SPA Holder of the plaintiff is directed to supply copy of the plaint as well
as documents relating to the present case to defendant no. 2 within a week from
today against due acknowledgment.
Thereafter, defendant no. 2 may file WS in the present case, positively
by the NDOH.
Now, put up for filing of WS by the defendant/ further proceedings on
21.08.2024.
