Present: Sh. Sachin and Sh. M.M. Ansari, Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiff alongwith plaintiff.
Sh. Saddiq Hussain, Ld. Proxy Counsel for the
defendant alongwith defendant.
The matter has been received back settled from the
Mediation Cell vide settlement dated 30.08.2025.
This court is satisfied that both the parties have
amicably settled the matter before the Mediation Venter
voluntarily after duly understanding the implications and
consequences of entering into the settlement. The defendant has
submitted that she is willing to abide by the terms and conditions
of the settlement. Further, the plaintiff has submitted that
pursuant to the mediation settlement, she is willing to withdraw
the matter as settled.
Separate statements of the plaintiff as well as
defendant are recorded in this regard.
In view of the submissions and statements given,
present matter is disposed off as settled as withdrawn. All
pending applications, if any, are also disposed off as infructuous.
File be consigned to record room after due
compliance.
