Defendant no. 1 is directed to file WS within stipulated time mentioned in CPC with advance copy to the opposite party at least 15 days prior to the NDOH. The plaintiff is directed to file replication, if any, with advance copy to the opposite party before the NDOH. Ld. Counsel for defendant no. 3 /MCD submits that MCD is willing to take action and remove the illegal structure at the suit property and that a status report to this effect shall be filed on the NDOH.
