Status report has been filed on behalf of defendant no. 2/
MCD. Taken on record. Copy be supplied.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.2/ MCD submits that
he has not received the complete copy of the plaint and documents.
The plaintiff is accordingly, directed to supply the same electronically
on the mobile number of the Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.2/MCD
i.e. 9899312563 today itself.
Ld. Counsel for the defendant no.1 submits that he has
e-filed the WS and that he would file the hard copy within a week
from today.
Two applications under Section 151 CPC and under
Order I Rule 10 CPC have been filed on behalf of the plaintiff. Taken
on record. Two spare copies of the applications have been placed on
the court file. The defendants are directed to get them collected within
a week from today.
The defendants are directed to file replies, if any, to the
applications with advance copy to the plaintiff before the NDOH.
Be put up for completion of pleadings/ arguments on the
pending applications on 15.11.2025.
