on MCD on 28.02.2024.
Summons directed to be issued to other defendants have also
been received back duly served.
Today, memo of appearance has been filed on behalf of MCD.
Same is taken on record.
Further, WS has been filed on behalf of defendants no. 1 & 2.
Same is also taken on record. Copy of the same already supplied to the Ld.
Counsel for the plaintiff.
Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that he is not willing to
file any replication to the WS of defendants no. 1 & 2. Accordingly, the
opportunity of the plaintiff to file replication is hereby closed.
Further, defendants no. 3 & 4 /MCD are directed to file their WS/
Status report in the present case on NDOH.
Now, at the request of Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff, put up for
arguments on the application of the plaintiff under Order XXXIX Rule 1 & 2
CPC on the NDOH i.e. 06.03.2024 at 02.00 PM.
