in person.
Sh. Mahesh Kumar Sharma, Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 1
and 2 alongwith defendant no. 1 and 2 in person.
Sh. Rahul Verma, Ld. Counsel for the defendant no. 3/MCD.
Cost of Rs. 1000/- in terms of order dated 24.08.2024 stands
paid by the plaintiff with DLSA, East. Receipt for the same filed on record.
Further, an application under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC has been
moved on behalf of the plaintiff in the present case. Copy of the application
is also supplied to the counsel for the defendants.
Let reply of the said application be filed on behalf of the
defendants positively by the NDOH with an advance copy of the same to the
counsel for the plaintiff at least one week before the NDOH.
Counsel for the plaintiff is also directed to file proposed
amended plaint for consideration of the court positively by the NDOH.
Now, put up for filing of reply / argments on the said application
of the plaintiff under Order 6 Rule 17 CPC / further proceedings on
05.12.2024.
