Ld. Counsel for defendant no.1 & 2 along with the defendants.

with Sh. Rohit Goel, AE.
In terms of last order dated 04.03.2024, status report has been
filed on behalf of MCD. Same is taken on record. Copy of the same supplied to
the counsel for the plaintiff.
In the status report filed by the MCD, it has been mentioned that
the defendants have already obtained sanction plan for the suit property and
for this reason no action is warranted by the MCD against the defendants.
After going through the status report filed by the MCD today,
counsel for the plaintiff has submitted that he is not pressing his application
U/O.XXXIX R.1 & 2 r/w Section 151 CPC at this stage and he has requested
for referral of the present matter to the mediation centre for exploring the
possibility of settlement between the parties.
Counsel for defendant no.1 & 2 has no objection to the same.
Accordingly, to explore the possibility of settlement between the parties, matter
is referred to the Mediation Centre (East Delhi), Karkardooma Court on
15.03.2024 at 02:00 p.m.
Now put up for report on settlement, if any/ further proceedings on
NDOH i.e. 23.04.2024.
