alongwith plaintiff in person.
Ms. Deepali Sharma, Ld. Counsel for defendant no.
1 and 2 through V/C.
Defendant on. 2 in person.
Sh. Rahul Verma, ld. Counsel for defendant no. 3
and 4 through V/C.
Ld. Counsels for the defendants submit that the NDOH
before the Ld. ATMCD is 15.01.2026. It is further submitted that the
matter may be adjourned sine die till the stay granted by the Ld.
ATMCD continues.
Ld. counsel for the plaintiff however, submits that
despite the stay given by Ld. ATMCD, the matter ought to be
proceeded on merits as there are other reliefs sought by the plaintiff
also.
Ld. Counsels for the defendants seeks one opportunity to
argue on this aspect.
Further, at this stage, both parties submit that there are
chances of settlement. This court also finds that elements of settlement
are present in the instant case. Accordingly, the matter is referred to
Mediation Cell, Karkardooma Courts, Delhi, on 04.09.2025 at 11:30
am to enable the parties to pursue settlement talks.
Parties are directed to appear in person alongwith their
counsels before the Mediation Cell, on the above said date and time.
Ahlmad is directed to send the reference well in advance.
List for awaiting report of settlement, if any, / further
proceedings on 15.12.2025.
