None for the defendant.
Costs of Rs.500/- in terms of Order, dated 16.04.2024 stands paid by
the plaintiff with DLSA, East, as directed. Copy of receipt filed on record.
Today, an application has been moved on behalf of the plaintiff bank
seeking substitution of the AR of the plaintiff bank in the present case. Alongwith
the application, copy of Board Resolution, dated 14.11.2017 in favour of the new AR
of the plaintiff bank, namely, Sh. Santosh Kumar Verma, Chief Manager, of the
plaintiff bank, also filed on record.
In view of the same, the said application is allowed and Sh. Santosh
Kumar Verma shall be treated as the new AR of the plaintiff bank for the purposes
of the present case.
Further, fresh addresses of the defendant have been filed on behalf of
the plaintiff along with amended memo of the parties. Same are taken on record.
Issue fresh summons to the defendant at the given addresses on filing
of PF, RC, Speed Post along with copy of plaint and documents within 7 days from
today, returnable for the NDOH.
Now, put up for report on summons / further proceedings on
06.08.2024.
