None for accused.
On the LDOH, NBWs were issued against the accused.
However, an application for cancellation of NBW were moved on behalf of
the accused.
NBW received back unexecuted with report intimation to family member.
From perusal of report, it appears that accused is deliberately avoiding the
service of the court.
Undersigned has reason to believe that accused is concealing himself to evade
the process of law.
Therefore, process U/s 82 Cr.P.C be issued against the accused with directions
to process server to appear in person for recording his statement qua proceedings U/s 82
Cr.P.C.
