Perusal of record shows that it is mentioned in order dt. 20.12.2024, that summons were
received back unserved with report that the accused is residing at the same address but the summons
were refused to be accepted by another person.
There is a contradiction between the two reports.
It appears that the accused may be managing the reports and is deliberately not
appearing.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against the accused through DCP concerned, returnable on
24.07.2026.
