registered as per rules.
Present: Sh. J. N. Pathak, Ld. Counsel for complainant (through VC).
AR of complainant is absent.
Sh. Siddhant Garg, Ld. Counsel for accused alongwith the
accused in person.
Matter is at the stage of appearance of accused, bail and further
proceedings.
Perusal of record reveals that summons issued to the accused
had been received back electronically served.
Fresh Vakalatnama filed on behalf of the accused. Taken on
record.
Ld. Counsel for accused prays that the accused be admitted to
bail in the present case. Accused is admitted to bail on furnishing of bail bonds
in the sum of Rs. 20,000/ with one surety in the like amount. Some time is
sought on behalf of accused to furnish bail bonds. Same be done on NDOH.
Complainant is directed to supply copy of the complaint and
annexed documents to accused within two weeks from today on whatsapp
number of accused i.e. 8882157888.
Put up for furnishing of bail bonds by the accused and framing of
notice on 25.04.2025.
