Rs.2,50,000/- and the accused has made a payment of Rs.1,60,000/- till date.
Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that the accused has not been
making the payment as per settlement agreement.
However, no one has appeared on behalf of the accused despite repeated
calls. There is no reason furnished for his absence. It is already 12:30 pm.
Let fresh NBWs be issued against accused to be executed through SSP/
DCP concerned with covering letter with directions to send the report well within
time on filing PF within 15 days from today returnable on 15.12.2026.
Shortest possible date has been given considering the court docket and
that the court is functioning with only one stenographer.
