Proxy Counsel has no knowledge about this case.
She requests for adjournment on the ground that main counsel is
not in a position to appear in the Court.

Fresh criminal appeal received way of allocation.
It be checked and registered.
Present: Ms. Meghna, Srivastav, Proxy Counsel for
appellant.
Proxy Counsel for the appellant requests for
adjournment stating that main counsel is not available.
As per the impugned Judgment and Order on
Sentence, the appellant is sentenced to pay fine of Rs.15 lakh
with interest @ 9 % per annum, within 30 days failing which, he
is required to undergo SI for 2 months.
Proxy Counsel has no knowledge about this case.
She requests for adjournment on the ground that main counsel is
not in a position to appear in the Court.
The impugned Order on Sentence is silent if
appellant was admitted on bail under Section 389 Cr.P.C.
