Adjournment sought by counsel for respondent for

application u/s 5 of Limitation Act and to application u/s 151
CPC seeking stay of execution proceedings filed by
respondent.
Counsel for appellants has submitted that warrants
of attachment of movable properties of appellants have been
issued by Ld. Trial Court in Ex. No. 237/2025 filed by
respondent and in case, time is granted to respondent to file
replies, proceedings of the said execution may be stayed till
NDOH. Heard.
Counsel for respondent has submitted that
respondent does not has any objection if proceedings of
execution are stayed till NDOH. Heard.
In view of respective submissions, proceedings of
Ex. No. 237/2025 titled as Bhudev Singh V/s Gulshan Malik

and Anr. pending before court of Sh. Vivek Kumar Beniwal,
Ld. SCJ cum RC, East District are stayed till NDOH.
Be put up for replies and arguments on the
aforesaid applications and for arguments on appeal for
02.03.2026.
