Vide separate order, the present appeal is partly
allowed and the order and judgment dated 23.09.2025 is
modified to the extent,
(i) The decree for .2,50,000/- in favour of	₹
the plaintiff is modified and reduced to
.1,50,000/-	₹
,
(ii) The defendants shall be jointly and
severally liable to pay .1,50,000/- to the	₹
plaintiff,
(iii) The said amount shall carry interest at
the rate of 6% per annum from 02.06.2022,
i.e. the date of institution of the suit, till its
realization.
The Trial Court Record be sent back along with a
copy of this judgment.
The appeal file be consigned to the Record Room
after due compliances.
