Branch Manager submits that there is no money in the
bank account. However, it is made clear that since attachment
warrants are in operation, whatever money is received in this
bank account, would be deducted by the bank and deposited in
this Court.
This order will remain valid till next six months.
Thereafter, fresh attachment warrants may be issued on the
application of DH.
Ld. Counsel for DH seeks adjournment for filing
application for arresting the JD. Request allowed.
Be listed for 04.08.2025. Attested copy of order be given
Dasti to the Branch Manager.

At this stage, Sh. Rohit Kumar Srivastava, Branch
Manager of Kotak Mahindra Bank has again appeared and
submitted that he does not have name of the judgment debtor and
bank account details of the judgment debtor.
Perusal of order dated 28.10.2024 shows that decree holder
Sh. Manoj Kumar has furnished details of bank account of
judgment debtor Sh. Praveen Kumar, which are as under :
