Report filed on behalf of the concerned SDM on
record as per which fresh valuation report could not be prepared
as applicant, namely, Sachin Sharma informed the officer, who
has visited the property in question that valuation report has
already been submitted to the Court. However, Ld. Counsel for
applicant submits that no valuation report has been submitted by
the Department till date.
