13.05.2025, arrived at before the Ld. Mediator Ms. Neelam Rani,
which appears to have been entered upon voluntarily by the parties and
therefore, enforceable and binding upon the parties.
It is stated that the defendant would RFA, as mentioned in
the Mediation Settlement, which is coming for hearing before the
Hon’ble High Court of Delhi on 19.05.2025. Defendant further ac-
cepts that he has received the entire payment as referred in the Media-
tion Settlement, of Rs.15,50,000/-, out of which Rs.80,000/- through
Paytm and Rs. 10,00,000/- through RTGS and remaining amount of
Rs.4,70,000/- in cash.
It is also stated that a direction with regard to the cancel-
lation is also required.
Put up on the date fixed i.e. 29.05.2025.
