Appellant Sh. Hirdyansh submits that he is one of
the appellants in the present appeal and now, he does not want to
proceed with the instant appeal and therefore, his name may be
deleted from the array of appellants.
His statement to this effect has recorded separately.
In view of the aforesaid statement, Sh. Hirdyansh is
dropped from the array of appellants.
Counsel for the appellant submits that amended
memo of the parties will be filed at the earliest.
Be filed accordingly.
At this stage, Ms. Anjali Verma submits that now,
she is the only appellant in this case and she does not press the
relief mentioned at Clause (2) of the prayer in this appeal.
Her statement to this effect have been recorded
separately.
In view of above said statement, prayer (2) stands
deleted from the instant appeal.
