Raghav Naryan, Ld. counsel for the plaintiff through VC. Ms. Ragani Juneja, Ld. counsel for the defendant through VC. Order on the application under Order VII Rule 14 read with Section 151 of the CPC, as filed by the Plaintiff:- Learned Counsel for the Defendant submits that the document in question should have been filed at the time of presenting the plaint. She further contends that the document is an electronic record, and only a non- authenticated copy has been submitted. Since the Defendant has already filed the written statement, she argues that the document cannot be taken on record at this stage. Conversely, Learned Counsel for the Plaintiff submits that there was no requirement to file the document initially. However, the Defendants falsely claimed in their written statement that they had not inherited the property of Late Sh. Jagdeep Singh Sethi. He further states that the document was not in the Plaintiff's power or possession at the time of filing the plaint. He emphasizes that the case is still in its initial stage, and issues have not yet been framed. Having carefully considered the submissions of both parties, reviewed the records, and examined the relevant legal provisions, the Court notes that the Plaintiff seeks to place on record a single printout, the contents of which are as follows: -- 1 of 2 -- S.
