Present: AR for workman.
Mr. Ankit Bhushan and Mr. Keshav Deep, AR for
M-1 and M-2.
Mr. Ashish Khatri, AR for M-3 through VC.
Mr. Manthan Sukhija, AR for M-4 through VC.
At this stage, AR for workman submits that he is not
opposing the application u/s 36(4) of I.D. Act filed on behalf of
M-1 and M-2 and same may be allowed.
In view of submissions made by AR for workman, the
application is allowed and disposed of.
Applications u/o VI Rule 17 CPC and order VIII Rule
1 (A) CPC is also not opposed by the AR for the workman
subject to management being put to terms. Accordingly, the said
applications are allowed and disposed of subject to payment of
cost of Rs.2500/- to be paid to the workman on NDOH.
Amended WS and additional documents be taken on
record without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the
workman to the question of amendment as well as the documents
of merits, mode of proof etc.
Let rejoinder, if any be filed to the amended WS before
NDOH.
Re-list the matter on 13.10.2026.
