Statement of claim filed on behalf of workman with
extra copy for opposite party has been received from Filing
Section. Copy supplied to M-1.
M-3 and M-4 are directed to receive the copy from
court record against due acknowledgment.
M-1, M-3 and M-4 are directed to file WS within 15
days from today with advance copy to opposite party at least a
week before the next date of hearing.
Summons issued to M-2 not received back. Be
awaited for the same.
Meanwhile, issue notice of reference along with copy
of statement of claim to M-2 on filing of PF/RC and also through
ordinary process. Service be also effected by way of affixation in
case of refusal or if the premises is found locked.
At request dasti service allowed.
Put up for WS on behalf of M-1, M-3 and M-4 and for
report of service upon M-2 on 19.09.2025.
