IO has filed the CFSL report relating to voice
samples, copy of exhibits in a sealed envelope sealed with the
seal of CFSL along with list of witnesses where the name of
experts have been mentioned as PW-23 and PW-24 and
documents as D-17 & D-18.
Copy of CFSL report of alleged voice recordings
supplied to the accused today. CFSL report regarding the mobile
phone has already been supplied to the accused.
Since the requisite documents supplied to the
accused, application of the accused under Section 207 Cr.P.C is
disposed of.
An application for discharge / dropping of
proceedings against the accused for want of valid prosecution
Sanction under Section 19 of PC Act filed on behalf of accused.
Copy supplied. Let the reply be filed by the prosecution by the
next date of hearing.
