date. As regards mobile phone, it is submitted that the mobile phone has
not yet been sent to the CFSL as the CFSL has expressed its inability to
depute a scientific officer for the same.

In the meantime, efforts be made to get the data from the
mobile phone extracted through CFSL.

It is stated in the reply that the documents sought i.e. Q-1,
Q-2, S-1, S-2 and S-3 and the entire physical dump of mobile phone
have been sent to the CFSL and the report from the CFSL has not yet
been received.
There is no mention as to when the documents were sent to
the CFSL nor it is mentioned as to how much time it is going to take
and the reply to that extent is deficient.
The concerned SP is directed to get the matter expedited
and it is further directed that in future whenever a reply is filed, the
reply should be crisp and complete.
