petitioner is directed to file the fresh address of respondent, if
any.
At this stage, perusal of file further provides that
petitioner has not filed any documents in support of his
ownership as mentioned in the eviction petition u/s 14 (1) (e)
DRC Act, which is one of the very ingredient for passing any
order u/s 25 B of DRC Act. Accordingly, I am of the prima facie
view that present petition is not maintainable.

satisfy the court in this regard.
