The matter has been settled between the parties in
the Mediation Center, Tis Hazari Court (THC), Delhi on
04.02.2025. Separate statement of proprietor of plaintiff
recorded.
File perused and arguments heard.
In view of the statements of the parties and the
mediation settlement Ex.MS, the present suit stands disposed of
being settled in terms of Mediation Settlement dated 04.02.2025
(Ex.MS). Parties shall abide by the aforesaid settlement.
Mediation Settlement and statements of the parties be made part
of Decree-sheet.
The plaintiff is entitled for refund of Court-fees as
per Section 16 of the Court Fees Act. Necessary certificate be
issued in this regard as per rules.
Parties to bear their own costs.
Compromise Decree be prepared accordingly.
Pending application(s), if any, stand disposed of
being not pressed for.
File be consigned to record room after due
compliance.
