Vide separate judgment of even date, succession certificate is
granted in favour of both the petitioners to the extent of half share each in
terms of Ex. RW-1/2 (Collectively), having market value of the said mutual
fund is Rs.37,29,520/-. Succession Certificate is granted accordingly.
Succession certificate be drawn on deposit of requisite court fees of
Rs.46,619/- each in terms of Article 12 Schedule I of Court Fees Act, 1870,
as applicable in Delhi and on furnishing an Indemnity Bond and one surety
within 30 days from today.
Petition is accordingly disposed off.
File be consigned to Record Room.
