Petition perused.
On depositing of publication charges and on filing of PF within seven days
from today, issue notice of the petition to the general public by way of publication in the
newspaper “Dainik Jagran/Hindustan Times/Times of India/Navbharat Times/The
Statesman/Indian Express” as per the option of the petitioner.
On filing of PF and RC within seven days from today, also issue notice of
the petition to the respondent no.2 to appear on NDOH alongwith statement of mutual
fund account of the deceased, returnable for NDOH.
Petitioner is permitted to deposit the publication charges.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to the petitioner.
