Ld. counsel for parties state that the matter had been
amicably settled between the parties before the Mediation Center
for an amount of Rs.5,20,000/-.
Ld. counsel for plaintiff states that such amount of
Rs.5,20,000/- has been received by the plaintiff and plaintiff has
handed over key of the suit property to the defendants and the
plaintiff seeks to withdraw the present case. Separate statement
of the plaintiff has been recorded.
Ld. counsel for defendants state that the amount of
Rs.5,20,000/- has been given to the plaintiff and the key of the
suit property has been handed over to the defendants. Separate
statements of both the defendants have been recorded.
Statements are perused.
In view of the statements, case is disposed off as
settled.
