Perusal of record shows that report of RC received back

Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submits that the plaintiff
does not have any alternative address of the defendant. It is pertinent
to mention here that efforts have been made for the service of the
summons which were received back unserved.
Submissions heard.
In view of the reports on record of the court file, this
court deems it appropriate to get the defendant served through
publication in the daily newspaper namely
Rashtriya Sahara
circulated in the locality where the defendant was last known to have
resided or voluntarily carried on business or worked for gain.
Application disposed of accordingly.
