In between dates, Vakalatnama alongwith order dated 09.01.2026 passed by
Ld. DJ-01 North, Delhi, in petition under Section 8(2) of the Hindu Minority and
Guardianship Act, 1956 filed on behalf of Mr. Dilip Yadav, guardian of respondent no.4
and 5 .
Ld. Counsel for respondent no.2 submits that part payment has been made
to Mr. Dilip Yadav, guardian of respondent no.4 and 5 and the remaining payment shall
be made within two-three days, in compliance of the aforesaid order.
Ld. Counsel for petitioner seeks time to file evidence affidavit of the
petitioner. Let the same be filed within 15 days from today with advance copy to the
opposite sides.
The petitioner is directed to pay the diet money of Rs.2,500/- to Mr. Manish
Tiwari, Centre for Fire, Explosive & Environment Safety, Timarpur, Delhi on or before
NDOH. Let payments receipt of the same be filed on NDOH.
