Mr. Daleep Yadav, s/o Sh. Bhagwan Yadav, r/o Pocket-D8, Flat No. 42,
Sector-15, Rohini, Delhi-110089 (Mobile - 8470901515) in person (brother
of the deceased and guardian of respondents no. 4 and 5).
Mr. Daleep Yadav has apprised that he is appointed as guardian of
respondents no. 4 and 5 by Ld. DJ-01, North, Rohini. He shall file the copy of such
order within a week from today and after furnishing the same, the matter shall be
proceeded with as him being the guardian of respondents no. 4 and 5 to protect their
interests.
Mr. Shubham, Ld. Counsel for Mr. Daleep Yadav submits that he shall file
his vakalatnama on behalf of Mr. Daleep Yadav alongwith copy of such order.
Ld. Counsel for petitioner submits that he has no objection to the petition
being proceeded with as Mr. Daleep Yadav, being the guardian of respondents no. 4 and
5.
Ld. Counsel for Mr. Daleep Yadav submits that the securities of the
deceased are already directed to be released to Mr. Daleep Yadav.
In these circumstances, on filing of PF by the petitioner, let summons be
issued to respondent no. 2 and RW-1 to remain present in person on NDOH.
