The newspaper ‘Statesman’ dated 12.04.2024 in which notice to the general
public was published has been received.
However, none has appeared from the general public to raise any objection
so far.
Ms. Deepali examined and discharged as RW-1. She is paid diet money of
Rs.500/-.
Petitioner examined and discharged as PW-1. Vide separate statement of
petitioner, PE stands closed.

Vide separate judgment of even date, succession certificate is issued in
favour of the petitioner to the extent of half share in the debts and securities of deceased
in terms of Ex. RW-1/2 having total amount of Rs.41,95,443.47p. Share of respondent
no. 2 be kept reserved, and she shall be at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings for
the same. Succession Certificate granted accordingly. Succession certificate be drawn on
deposit of requisite proportionate court fee of Rs52,443.04p (Rounded of Rs.52,443/-) in
terms of Article 12 Schedule 1 of Court Fees Act, 1870, as applicable in Delhi and on
furnishing an Indemnity Bond with one surety within 30 days from today.
File be consigned to Record Room.
