from today, issue notice of the petition to the general public by way of publication in the
newspaper “Dainik Jagran/Hindustan Times/Times of India/Navbharat Times/The
Statesman/Indian Express” as per the option of the petitioner.
On filing of PF and RC, also issue notice of the petition to the respondent
no.3 with direction to appear on NDOH alongwith statement of account of the deceased.
Petitioner is permitted to deposit the publication charges.
Copy of this order be given Dasti to the petitioner.
