PW Ms. Taruna, Assistant Ahlmad in the Court of
Dr. Neha Kheria, Ld. JMFC-2, North District,
Rohini in person.
Witness Ms. Taruna, Assistant Ahlmad is present
with the summoned record, however, perusal of the summoned
record reveals that the same is not relevant for the purpose of
adjudication of the present case. Therefore, witness Ms. Taruna is
discharged unexamined. Diet money is paid to the witness.
At this stage, Ld. Counsel for the plaintiff submitted
that since the aforesaid summoned witness has been discharged
unexamined, therefore, witness at serial no.3 in the list of
witnesses dated 25.03.2026 may be summoned for the NDOH.
Accordingly, witness at serial no.3 in the list of witnesses dated
25.03.2026 be summoned on filing of PF for the NDOH
At this stage, upon inquiry, Ld. Counsel for the
plaintiff submitted that the missing person i.e. husband of the
plaintiff has four LRs i.e. wife, two sons and one daughter.
Therefore, plaintiff is directed to furnish the affidavit-cum-NOC
of all the LRs of the missing person regarding their no objection
for continuation of the present suit alongwith her own affidavit
detailing out the total number of LRs, by NDOH.
Renotify for remaining PE on 06.06.2026.
