through VC.

Ld. Counsel for petitioner has sought pass over till 12.30 PM.
However, Ld. Counsel for the respondent has stated that he is unable to
appear before the court at 12.30 PM.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent has also stated that certain
documents filed by the petitioner are not legible and translated version of
certain other documents which are in Urdu language, have not been supplied
to the respondent and an application in this regard has also been filed today
by ld. Counsel for the respondent.
Ld. Counsel for the respondent has, however, accepted that
the legible copy of the said document and the translated version of the
abovesaid documents have also not been filed on the court record.
Ld. Counsel for petitioner has stated that whatever documents
were in his possession have been supplied to the respondent and have been
filed on the court record. If the petitioner has filed illegible documents and
has not filed the translated version of the documents in Urdu language, the
same would have a bearing upon the case of the petitioner herself and the
respondent cannot compel the petitioner to file the said documents in the
court record.
Accordingly, the application filed on behalf of the respondent
stands disposed off. The respondent is directed to file rejoinder within two
weeks with advance copy to the opposite side.
Be put up for arguments on leave to defend application on
03.12.2024.
