Amended memo of parties filed with aforesaid application is now taken on record. Ld. counsel for petitioner submits that he will file vakalatnama on behalf of petitioners now impleaded by NDOH. He is at liberty to file the same. At request, let reply to application under Order 7 Rule 11 CPC be filed by NDOH with advance copy to other side.
