Notice of eviction petition filed u/s 14 (1) (a) of DRC Act
for non-payment of arrears of rent be issued to respondent on filing of
PF and RC through all modes, returnable for 09.05.2023.

27.07.2009, the petitioner is also directed to file on judicial record his
bank account details, if not already filed, on or before the next date of
hearing.
