The accused is facing trial for offence u/s 223 (a) BNS.
Applicant / accused was examined by this Court and this Court was
satisfied that the applicant / accused has voluntarily moved the application u/s 265-B
Cr.P.C r/w 290 BNSS and understood the nature of accusation / charges against him as
also the nature and extent of punishment under the law.
The accused has reported that he has worked out mutually satisfactory
disposition of the case.
Therefore, this Court proceeds to record the statement of accused.
