Heard. Perused.
Perusal of the record reveals that accused has already pleaded guilty
vide separate statement for the offence.
Having heard the parties and the Ld. Counsel as well as APP for the
State, I find that the disposition worked out mutually by the parties is fair and just.
The accused has admitted his guilt and wants to avail the benefit of
Chapter 21-A of Cr.P.C. by Plea Bargain, I am prima-facie satisfied that the charge
against him is well- founded.
In view of the plea of guilty made by the accused, he is convicted for
the offence u/s 223 (a)BNS.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the court takes
lenient view and admonish the convict under Section 223(a) BNS with warning to
remain careful in future.
Original documents and case property, if any, be returned to the
rightful claimant as per rules.
File be consigned to record room after due compliance.
