out of the total cheque amount to the complainant. He further submits that accused
has undertaken to pay the remaining about NDOH.
However, since the accused has failed to appear, let fresh bailable
warrants in the sum of Rs. 10,000, be issued against the accused, with one surety of
like amount, through the SHO concerned, on filing of PF within two months,
returnable on NDOH.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the accused well in time.
In case the accused fails to pay the settlement amount, accused is
directed to appear in person.
