Accused in person.
Sh. Nitin Sharma, Ld. Counsel for accused.
Matter is at the stage of CE.
It is submitted by accused side that they have received the copy of
complaint and annexures.
In between dates of hearing, NBWs issued against the accused were
stayed till today. Accused has failed to furnish his surety bonds of Rs. 15,000/-. On
account of appearance of accused today and at request, NBWs are further stayed till
NDOH.
Personal bonds of Rs. 15,000/- have been considered and accepted till
NDOH only. One more opportunity to furnish surety bonds of Rs. 15,000/- is
allowed subject to cost of Rs. 500/- to be paid to NGO “AB SEVA FOUNDATION
SANSTHAN” on the UPI no. 8529243603. Receipt of the same is shown.
With consent of both sides, in view of the ongoing “mediation for the
nation campaign 3.0 by NALSA” file be put up before Mediation Cell on
27.11.2026 at 12:30 pm and returnable to this court on NDOH.
Mediation is being referred with consent of both sides. In case of non
appearance of any party before mediation, a cost shall be imposed on defaulting
party.
Ahlmad is directed to send file to Mediation Cell well in time.
IT IS CLARIFIED THAT ON FAILURE OF SETTLEMENT,
ACCUSED IS DIRECTED TO CROSS-EXAMINE THE COMPLAINANT.
Put up for settlement, if any/ CE/ furnishing of surety of Rs. 15,000/-
on 02.07.2027.
