person by the name of accused resides at the given address. Later on the 2nd and 3rd
visit it was found that accused used to resides at the given address earlier. Report

Previously summons were received as delivered upon accused vide
order dated 24.01.2025. Ld. Counsel for complainant submits that accused resides at
the same address.
It appears that accused is deliberately avoiding the appearance before
this court and concealing himself. Hence, let NBWs be issued against the accused
through the concerned SHO, on filing of PF within two months, returnable on
NDOH.
Complainant is directed to supply the soft copy of complaint and
documents to the accused well in time.
