Ld. Presiding Officer is also looking after the work of Ld. CMM,
Central, THC, Delhi.
Present : Mr. Shoaib Khan, Ld. Counsel for complainant.
Part submissions heard. During course of
proceedings, it is informed that an FIR was registered by one
Mr.Firoz Ahmed against the complainant therein u/s 156 (3) of
Cr.P.C. and the matter has now been compounded between the
parties. It is also informed that FIR was registered by Yes Bank
against M.K. Overseas Pvt. Ltd. and investigation thereof seems
to be conducted by EOW.
In view of the above, let a conclusive ATR be filed
by the EO taking into note the above facts, if so warranted and to
clarify clearly the stand of the investigation agency as to whether
cognizable offence is made out in facts & circumstances of this
case or not.
EO is directed to remain present on NDOH.
Ld. Counsel for complainant has also submitted that
the role of alleged accused no. 2 Nasira Begum has not been
inquired into. EO to take note of the same in his report.
Put up for further proceedings on 29.07.2024.
