On perusal of the case file, it is observed that
complaint was made to the SHO concerned as far back as in
2020. Considerable time has passed since then.
In view of the above, the complainant to undertake
compliance U/s 154(3) Cr.PC afresh.
In the meantime, subject to filing of receipts with
regards such compliance, copy of the present application be sent
to SHO concerned with directions to file ATR by NDOH.
