complainant.

It is observed that the same has not been forwarded by
the ACP PS Sarai Rohilla in terms of the directions of the court.
Ld. Proxy counsel for the complainant has submitted
that the accused has already been declared PO in two other matter.
However, he has been continuously calling and threatening the
complainant and has even threatened to stab the mother of the
complainant. It is submitted that the accused was recently seen in
Nangloi area and information was provided to the IO. However, no
action was taken to apprehend the accused.
Submissions heard. Record perused.
On multiple dates, Ld. Counsel for the complainant has
raised the issue of safety of the complainant and her family members,
however no action seems to have been taken to apprehend the accused
as a similar report was filed on LDOH.
In view of the above, let notice be issued to DCP to
conduct an enquiry and to make efforts to apprehend the accused as
serious threats have been received by the complainant and her family
members. Let a report be called for NDOH.
Be put up for further proceedings on 10.08.2026.
