Present: Sh. Udit Sharma, Ld. proxy counsel for the
complainant along with the complainant.
A report has been filed by the IO stating that the
accused is already PO in other matters and steps are being taken
to trace the accused. Further it is stated that the accused regularly
keeps making new accounts to post on social media, hence, it is
difficult to stop the accused from posting content. Taken on
record. Copy supplied.
It is pointed out by the LD. proxy counsel for the
complainant that on the LDOH, as per the ATR one of the social
media accounts were traced through a mobile phone no.
belonging to the sister of the accused. It is submitted that the
ATR filed today is silent as to the steps taken to interrogate sister
of the accused.
In view of the submissions, let further report be
called from the IO with respect to the steps taken to apprehend
the accused and inquiry conducted from the sister of the accused
for NDOH.
Be put up for further proceedings on 05.05.2026.
