It is noted that the A-2 has appeared through VC
however, he is seen traveling in a car while appearing before the
court through VC which is a violation of the VC rules. In view of
the conduct of the A-2, he is henceforth restrained from appearing
through VC and is directed to appear in person before the court on
each and every date of hearing, a cost of Rs. 50,000/- is also
imposed to be deposited in Advocates Welfare Fund by next date.
An application has been moved on behalf of A-2
seeking waiver of cost imposed on last date of hearing. In view of
the conduct of A-2, the same is dismissed.
