Ms. Neharika, Ld. counsel for accused No.1 and 2.
Copy of complaint and annexed documents supplied to
learned counsel for accused No.1 and 2 by learned SPP.
No vakalatnama filed on behalf of accused No.1 till date.
An application moved by learned counsel for accused for
waiver of cost imposed on accused No.2. Heard. In view of submission
made and in view of the fact that cost was imposed for non appearance
of accused No.2 despite that accused has failed to put his appearance
before the court today. The court is of the view that there is no ground to
wave the cost and accordingly, application is dismissed.
An application is moved for seeking exemption from
personal appearance of accused No.2. Heard. For the reason stated in the
application accused is exempted from his appearance in the court for
today only. Accused is directed to appear in person without any fail on
the next date to avoid any coercive order.
